LSE Marine started in London as J&M Marine Servies in 2011 offering marine enginneering services and consultation to commercial
and pleasure vessel owners. We have now moved to Devon and cover the South west of the UK
.
Areas, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Avon, Hampshire, plus occationally Bucks and West London

Marine Electronics:

Installations, Repairs, Diagnostics, LED lighting upgrades and lighting conversions, Solar Systems and DC system designs for old and new vessels.
CAN Bus diagnostics. We can also deal with camper vans and trailer electrics, Model railway DCC and wiring

Marine Surveys and consultaions:

Surveys of Steel craft, RCD II paperwork for new or post production certification from a certifiying authorty, Engineering damage surveys,
Marine Accident Investigation. Flim and TV marine consultations and oversight of new build or special concept craft and marine infrastructure.
Consultation on marine operations, Freight projects. For Ports, Harbour/Navigation authorities, marinas and developers.

Mechanical engineeering:

We also offer basic engine servicing like oil and filter changes. Air filters, fuel system fliters, and pipe work, on inboard engines

        I started working in the marine industry as a master of a UK Class V passenger vessel in London and qualifed 1992.
    In 2011 he gained a Diploma in Marine Surveying of commercial vessels through the International Instiute of Marine surveying
    specialising in Accident Investigation, Paint coatings specs, Marine engineering damage, Marine insurance claims,
    and shortly afterwards joined The Institute of Marine Science and Technolgy (IMarEST) as a Assocate member

    Survey work has included working with the UK MCA on heel and stablity tests on passenger vessels.
    And design work for commercial operators.
    Surveys on private narrowboats and tugs and wide beam barges of steel and aluminum construction
    Engine condition surveys of commercial craft after damage for insurance
    Consultations of marine projects of frieght, passenger operations, and inferstructure designs for GLA and local
    and national campaign groups and NGOs for river Thames, River Lea and London 2012
    Accident Investiagtion for unions and insurance companies
    CGI Modeliing for surveys and design work and accident investigation
    Currently looking at safety of Lithum Battery installations with a special Instrest group within IMarEST
    As a IMarEST member Marcus has attended courses on Marine Hydraulics, RCD II compliance,
    Electrical DC and AC systems, Materials, MCA certifcation Marine HS

    Engineering exspertise in DC systems installation and design and control boards and servicing of marine high speed
    and low speed diesel engines.
    LED lighting conversions were a big thing while in London.
